A South African couple relocated to Israel and dreamed of a modern-elegant home resembling a hotel.

They desired a tranquil and relaxing space to unwind and spend time with family and friends.

The house underwent a complete renovation, including repartitioning and meticulous adaptation to their needs. The design features white and beige tones, emphasizing an elegant and modern concept.

The rooms are spacious and well-lit, with large windows providing ample natural light. The kitchen boasts a modern style with a large island and marble countertops. The living room is spacious, inviting and facing a private garden, featuring a wide leather sofa and a large TV. The master bedroom is large and luxurious, with a king-size bed and a sun garden.

We requested her help before we purchased the house during which time she answered queries regarding the structure of the building work and gave ideas of the potential in the property as a whole.

Once we purchased the property Clarisa drew up architectural plans and we were given an electrical plan as well as an interior design layout plan which included detailed carpentry designs

Clarisa was available to us and the builder throughout the renovation to give advice, and check the building works as they progressed until completion.

Clarissa and Sharona prepared plans for the kitchen, bathrooms, tiles, flooring, closets, lights, and furniture to the very smallest detail – always taking my parents and their needs into consideration.
